Bruce K. Greenfield
- President and Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Greenfield has 30 years of
experience in all phases of the Real Estate industry since obtaining a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia in 1970. Prior to
his success with Boulevard Title, Mr. Greenfield earned management
experience with Royal Palm Beach Colony, Inc., formerly, a publicly traded
real estate holding company and community developer listed on the American
Exchange. This included positions as Construction Contracts Administrator,
Closing Coordinator for new homes and sales and Project Manager. From 1976-1983 Mr. Greenfield was the Vice President of Boulevard Title Insurance Agency, Inc., a subsidiary of Royal Palm Beach Colony, Inc. In 1983, Mr. Greenfield acquired Boulevard Title Insurance Agency, Inc. from Royal Palm Beach Colony, Inc. and renamed it Boulevard Title Company. He is now the CEO and President and is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company. Lorraine Gordon - Examiner/Closer: Ms. Gordon is responsible for coordinating title orders, running chains of title, examining chains of title, preparation of title commitments and closing documents. Ms. Gordon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate with Sterling Bank as well as Mosher & Schneider, P.A. Ms. Gordon, a paralegal, had similar duties with Chicago Title Insurance Company.
